You may use this Bid Sheet in one of three different ways:
1. Save this sheet and refer to the number of the item when calling in your bid.
2. Print this page, enter your bids and mail it back to the Pipestone studio of KLOH.
3. Click here to submit your bid via e-mail. Make sure you include your name, address, phone number, item number, number wanted and your cash bid on each item.
Submit mail-in bids on the printed form or on a plain sheet of paper. Please include your phone number. All mail-in bids must be received at KLOH the day before the auction.
Make payments for items purchased in person at the Pipestone Studios, Monday through Friday, during regular business hours or mail payments to KLOH Radio Wheeler Dealer, P.O. Box 456, Pipestone, MN 56164. Certificates will be issued for the items. Present certificates at businesses for purchase, for verification and to pay sales tax if required. You must redeem certificate for items as stated on the certificate. No substitutions or exchanges. KLOH is not responsible for lost or expired certificates. No cash back, refunds or credit given by businesses on certificate. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. |
